I live away from my Signet, but being able to do most anything on line there is awesome! If I need to talk to someone on chat or on the phone, I always get friendly, professional treatment! Thank you all!

This is the first financial institution I've found in my 30 years of needing a bank/credit union that has ever made me feel more important than the money. I feel like that they not only take score numbers into consideration but also understand life happens and numbers are not everything. Thank you Signet

I used to love signet but now I fear it may be a failing institution:( they closed my local branch so I have to drive 45 minutes to get to a location. I thought I could make do with the app but now the stupid app has stopped working. I’ve updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated my iOS, all to no avail. One more hint after another keeps failing to open. First it was member transfers. Now it’s check deposits. And lastly the app doesn’t even want to open for me. It hangs on the login screen FOREVER after I’ve put in my information, sometimes failing to open at all. Maybe it’s time to find a new credit union.
