There are some stories that I really like despite the bad grammar and spelling. But that’s not the main issue. It is actually the missing points. It’s really frustrating to be able to read only a chapter or two every day especially when it becomes very interesting but I can deal with it. What really bothers me are the missing points. It’s not like you can accidentally use them like you would with the bonus when you flip to the next chapter and you have enough bonus, it just uses them. With the points, you actually have to redeem them, like you actually click on the redeem button. Last week I thought I had more than 400 points but they went down to just over 150. I thought I made a mistake, that I redeemed them by mistake but I knew I didn’t. A couple of days ago I know I have 345 points but today it is only 158 and I have not redeemed any points at all. So where did it go? It’s just incredibly frustrating and infuriating that after all this time, almost a year of using this app, that they’re doing something like this. It’s cheating the customers. I would buy the books (well, some of them anyway) as they have good plots and storylines.

So I’m general I love this app. Gives you access to so many stories and easy to operate. My only issue is the cost is too much. The book I am currently reading each chapter is 11-15 pages but it’s phone size pages and in fairly big text. And each chapter is 25-42 coins/bonuses points. So you either have to pay to get those or do rewards. But the rewards are so low it takes forever to get enough. I bought one package at $9.99 for 1000 coins and 150 bonuses. It didn’t even get me through half the book. Maybe like 35% through. I don’t want to pay again because another $10 won’t even get me through the rest of the book and I don’t want to pay over $20 just to finish it. So beware you’ll get hooked on a book then either pay a high price or be checking in daily and doing all the bonus videos (only earns you 3 bonus points).

First, the good: it’s easy to use, lots of different genres, easy to find something to read. I like that the first few chapters are free, to see if you want to continue, and I like that you can change the color, font and text size. Now, the negative: I don’t like that the ‘free’ coins tasks- reading for 30 minutes to receive 10 coins- doesn’t tally the time. I have read for 1.5 hours, and it gave me 17 minutes. It wasn’t a one off. It’s happened several times. I feel like the app is built to miscalculate it so the reader doesn’t receive the ‘free’ coins. Also, the chapters aren’t a uniform price. If you auto into the next chapter, the app charges your credit card on file in the App Store without notifying you. Last, the books don’t seem genuine. There are many odd misspellings, grammatical and syntax errors. It’s almost like a program is writing or editing the books. I’ve read samplings of a dozen or so books—they all overuse the word smirk which is strangle annoying. Lol. Ultimately I deleted the app, as I was unable to read due to working 2 jobs, but I went in and attempted to collect my daily coins, they just disappeared out of my bank. I don’t want to do business with a business that is dishonest about the way they do things.
