App works fantastic. Transcription is on point and it works in different languages as well. No complaints. They’re quick to respond to problems and inquiries

I wasn’t sure whether I should pay for this app because it had only few reviews, but I’m so glad I took a chance! It’s been super helpful to me so far. I have auditory processing issues & it makes my friends’ messages far more accessible to me when I am able to translate them into text. The transcriptions aren’t always perfect but they are always good enough. The program can even transcribe very long messages without difficulty! I’ve also gotten prompt and kind customer service via email whenever I’ve had a problem. Very grateful to the creators of this app.
