JET – scooter sharing

I had a relatively simple rides before my first one hour rent, so I had a stupid idea of renting it for an hour and the payment process was fast as usual but when I started the scooter the front will didnt move an inch and I had to carry the scooter to its parking spot dor like 3 minutes(the wheel still didn't work) they got my full payment for one hour ride which lasted for 3 minutes and all I did was do their job and carry the scooter to it's parking spot. Wouldn't reccomend

I was late on a meeting and decided to ride scooter. First of all it it extremely slow compared to other scooter companies. Once I arrived at the location it turns out that I can not park, I couldnt figure out what is the problem as it doesnt say it in error message. I had to pause ride for 30 minutes and it still took money from me, obviously. It turns out that you have to park at a specific locations and they are hundreds of meters away from each other. Its just a rip of method which no other company ever had in my city

Hi, I use your app in Serbia and I think that is great. i have one proposal for improvement- can you please add option for the nearest vehicle, and app to show the fastest way on the map ? You should add more vehicles, this is small number for Novi Sad
