Kanakuk

I’m a long time Kanakuk Alumni and my son is at his first term. I’m not sure how new this app is but this is an extremely aggravating experience. I have had to cal multiple times just to get the Bunk1 (which I never had in the first place) linked with the Kanakuk app. Now that it’s linked, the photos don’t even work on the app. The photos website doesn’t work at all. Can’t even load on any web browser I have tried. No trouble shooting efforts have been able to fix this. I don’t blame Kanakuk for this. However, this is such a terrible experience and it’s giving me anxiety about how out of date everything else out Kamp might be…..

I have to delete and redownload the app every time I use it. I have two campers. After days of trying to send them emails, I finally figured out that I had to select the second camper first to send messages. Painful. Love the photo recognition that serves up pictures.

Never worked great to begin with, but definitely doesn’t work well now. It won’t let me use it at all and says please download to fix the bugs, but then just takes you back to the same page when you do try to download a new version. It has always failed on the messages aspect and had to use browser anyway
