I moved down town 2 years ago not many places to shop & the buses has cut down I feel groove should take pll where they need to go rather that’s grocery shopping or going to restaurants it only goes to certain spots I feel it should take you where you want to go in the home downtown area I hope they make it like this soon and some the drivers nice & some so rude & mean they drop you off a block away don’t go inside the apartment when they see you have groceries I feel the service need alot improving & train some of the drivers or hire better drivers with great attitude

Please fix the routes because it’s making me walk a street down when I don’t need to besides that everything else is great.

Groove used to be a lifesaver a year ago; now its hard to book one and now you have to wait almost 30 mins to even get picked up after continuously getting the “we’re booked” message. If its gonna be like this then I’ll just go back to using the bus and/or Uber/Lyft. It’s sad how whenever Memphis tries to implement something useful it never works out long-term. Get better drivers, longer routes, less wait times and stop dropping/picking us up 2 blocks from our original destination.
