This app would actually be useful if it had more functionality. If you could check in a guest or at least have guest information on the app to make check in faster that would be so helpful. Checking in a guest every visit has not been a simple or pleasant process. Especially when the system never seems to pull up the same guest and you have to give all the information over again when checking in for a workout. Guest check in has been different at every location we’ve been to and half the time workers aren’t even enforcing the same standards so we never know what the actual process is supposed to be like. If this feature was available on the app or at a self check in kiosk, that would be so much more convenient.

Great gym with many locations. It a clean gym & employees are constantly cleaning the equipment at all locations. The staff is very nice & friendly. I really like the different available group classes. Charlene does a great job. The monthly fee is very reasonable.

Great instructors, esp Tina, Lisa, and Chrissy. Bruce is very good and knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I Just don’t like the policy to cancel a class due to 3 or less in class. If I showed up and the instructor, then there should be a class. That would be customer friendly, not the way it is now. Great cleaning staff. They are friendly and do a good job.
