I’m rarely compelled to leave written reviews but gotta say this was one of the best and smoothest customer service experiences in recent memory. Got the phone app, booked the time/date/service and that was it, no lengthy forms, no endless texts and emails. Blake showed up right on time and a couple hours later my Focus looked more immaculate than the day I bought it. The attetntion to detail with the interior was especially impressive, the dash and seats practically glowed. He even buffed out a cluster of scratches on the front bumper that I never thought would come out. All this for $95…..the service was worth double that. Highly recommended.

I am new to Austin and took a recommendation and I’m totally glad I did! Every single strand of dog hair was removed and my car looks exactly like the day I got it! The young man was patient and kind and did an excellent job! I will certainly be returning and will look no further!

I wrote a previous review saying it was a scam, but I am retracting that and apologizing. I admit when I am wrong and I was wrong. I am sorry for that review. I didn’t understand the app and how it worked before hand and thought I was going to be charged with how it looked like it worked. But I did not get charged for my first wash, it was free. And the gentleman that came, he did an awesome job. He was very polite and wanted to make sure I was satisfied and asked me to check everything to make sure that I was happy with his work. And I was happy with his work and I was very satisfied I highly recommend them. Thank you guys I appreciate it. Please except for the first review
