The tech Jose P came on time. I tried to chat with him but he was rather terse. I asked him what solution he is using to clean my car, and he said “just soap and water”. The only other equipment he used was a piece of microfiber cloth that looked dirty. He finished the job in less than 30mins. Mind you, this is an SUV. He then left without even giving me a chance to do an inspection first. And given his “professional” equipment, it was not surprising that many spots were missed and I had to finish the job. So if you just want to pay $45 to have someone come with a bottle of soap water to wipe down your car for 20-30 mins, go ahead. But I could probably have gotten a cleaner car doing it myself with a rinse less wash and wax in 10mins. I don’t even know how these guys stay in business. Update: I am updating my review to 3 stars since the company reached out and offered a refund and provided explanations. Kudos to them for the responsive service. I will give them a second chance and further update my review after that.
It was great but then stopped working after iOS 14 upgrade. Update: It’s fixed now but all data is completely gone so I have to re-enter everything.
I used Qweex 5-6 times total. They are always on time, the car is sparkling, overall it’s very convenient. I take one star down because there is no way to connect to the Customer support or reschedule. It used to be great - but this week (beginning of October 2020) it didn’t work at all. I needed to reschedule for later or at least to find out more precisely when my cleaner was coming (they give you 1 hour window). I tried to reach them over chat and over text several times - no answer. And no phone number. However, when my cleaner was on the way, I got an automatic notification and then I was able to reach him personally and he got back to me right away. He finished my SUV (exterior and interior, no detailing) under 40 minutes, that was great.
