I’ve been using the Level App for a few years, it shows me exactly how much I’ve saved and how much interest I’ve earnt. I can withdraw any credit amount at any time. It even tells me how long til my next pay date. I’ve had trouble with the app recently, I contacted the support team and they were very helpful, releasing my money to me within minutes.

Hi the app flashes up and closes straight away after your update earlier. I’m using the latest iPhone pro max with the latest software Despite second update, the app still doesn’t open so can’t use

If you need urgent help don’t bother, I’ve never known a company to take so long to help with responding. I’ve had an issue with the app and the emailing back and forth has been a complete waste of my time. The customer service is shocking, they’re quick to take your money but never helpful when you desperately need their help. Their is something wrong with my app and it’s been poor excuse after poor excuse
