How rare and precious for something to be put into the world that is as thoughtfully crafted as it is socially significant; as grounded in rigorous scientific principles as it is emotionally sensitive; as personally meaningful as it is outwardly impactful. We would all do well to do the work of looking inward to shine light on patches of our emotional landscape that are so easy to leave unexamined, but have such an outsize effect on the way our energy and intention diffuse into the people and the world around us. Using and working with Empathable was honestly a dream from a leadership perspective. My team and I were able to really gain a deeper understanding of each other, while also further expanding our own individual perspective. I think the different paths that the app takes you on are also super easy to navigate, which makes the lessons even more impressionable since we all learned them as a team. Overall, my experience with apps of this nature in the past consisted of disorganized user interfaces or poor content, and I was pleasantly surprised to experience neither with Empathable.
