I hope this works because I’ve done everything I’m supposed to set up my account to receive the rebate check, but I have had ZERO response from their help line. I’ve sent three detailed emails over a few weeks and got NOTHING back! So as it stands now, I’m expecting that I paid full price for products I don’t necessarily need because they won’t support their app and help customers needing to verify their account. Great concept, but with literally NO SUPPORT, this one is a hard pass for me. Hoping someone from their team will see this scathing review and resolve the issue. Guess we will see. 😕🤷♂️
From drones to home fitness gear we got it off rebate key and still using it all. I just got done stretching on my RebateKey yoga mat!
