My simple question is that do you train your staff on how to welcome and attend to customers query. I went today to your Aali branch and wanted to ask about products that are listed in your promotion but not available not only today but even from the first day of promotion. I was irritated by the attitude of your customer services staff. I greeted him and said I want to ask you about product her responded the salam but kept busy with mobile phone.
