This may be the best thing I’ve put on my phone (and incorporated into my routine) in years. I’m so thankful to whoever lovingly created it. I found you guys thru Dan Coke’s podcast. It’s helping me understand “how” to sit in presence and open up to this present moment. It’s fine-tuning my heart to Great Love. It took me awhile to jump to the paid version cuz i just kept listening to the “sampler” ones on repeat. Im so glad I finally did. The practices build on one another. Thank you. This has been a real gift to me.
I’ve been looking for this app for a long time. It’s a great mix of meditation and teaching. I really like all of the tools and styles that are as varied as all of us. I’ve been using it everyday fro weeks and, at times, more than once a day. I’m excited to see what is added over time.
This is the app that so many of us have been waiting for. It provides a framework for how good inner work leads to good outer work, drawing on Scripture, the Christian wisdom and other spiritual traditions, and the latest scientific discoveries. There are a range of spiritual practices for head, heart and body. There is a daily centering practice and an examen for the end of the day. As a pastor and long term student at Second Breath I’m excited to share this app with my congregation and friends.
