I’ve been trying for months at this point to make contact with developer for issues I’ve had at various times with no response. I have tried the email address that is listed in the app for reporting a bug and the email on the AppStore under the developer. The app is decent but no customer support after paying for the lifetime membership Tried again. The email link on developer website sends an email back that says undeliverable. Tried to send an email again via the email link in the app and still no response.

I love this app

The app has huge issue of not serving the functionality that it’s supposed to be for. I have to try numerous times to upload single pic and yet it’s a hit or miss. I sent email to app developer about the issue and got response 3-4 days later apologizing for the issue and they mentioned they had some developers problem. Btw I am paying weekly for the service that I don’t get from the app. I sent email to developers again to get refund or credit but no response from them and it’s been a week almost now. I am at this point to cancel their service all together.
