I was so excited to purchase this app when I saw it as I have followed the creators on Instagram forever and have many friends who are instructors. However, when I downloaded the app and paid for the year subscription up front the app got caught in some kind of loop. My account was charged, but all videos were still locked and would ask for me to login every time, I would log in and it would say “thanks you can start watching” and then return me to the home screen where everything remained locked. I contracted support, who after two emails to me STOPPED RESPONDING. They completely ignored seven follow up emails from me waiting for assistance to be able to access the app and content that I PAID A YEAR FOR!!! As owners, you are only as good as the customer service and support you provide, and unfortunately despite the fun service this is - the support and service is horrendous. I would absolutely tell anyone not to purchase this because if you happen to have any issues, they won’t care to fix it.
I love these classes! They’re fun, instructors are high energy and motivating and I love the format of the class targeting all areas of your body. However, the live streaming can be problematic: the music very often is ahead or behind the instructor, which is then off beat and just is frustrating. I realize that may be my own internet connection, but non the less, frustrating. Additionally, with it only being live, you have to plan around the times offered each day. It would be ideal if they could also have some on-demand classes and release new ones of those every so often as I’ve seen other workout apps do. Would help with the streaming and timing issues. But otherwise I do like it but just think it could be tweaked for a better user experience!
High fitness is the most fun workout I have ever done. I want to wake up and workout to these fun songs. The instructors are really enthusiastic and great as well. With the pandemic and remote schooling kids I couldn’t attend regular in person high fitness classes so this has been a great alternative to keep me moving. The app has a lot of different times offered throughout the day to get your workout done. It’s important to note that workouts are not available at anytime due to music licensing laws but they offer so many times a day that I can always find a class to work into my schedule. Also there is a little flexibility to start a little late, pause for a few minutes if one of my kids needs something so that helps as well. It’s overall been a great app so far!
