Cryptocurrency Alerting

This app is really good overall. If it allowed you to really customize it how you wanted, and the developers would answer your emails, I’d definitely give it 5 stars. I’ve contacted the developer 4 separate times through the apps contact system. Both for support and feature requests. And not a single request has gone answered. The app works well if you are happy with the confined feature set. But if you want to do anything specific, you’re out of luck. What an alert in a 20 minute time frame, Sorry, not an option. Want 5% change for any coins in 5 minutes? Sorry not an option. Etc. There are tons of examples like this. I don’t understand why they don’t let you set your own custom time frame for alerts, etc. If this is the #1 app for alerting and wants to be the industry leader, they need to allow their users to customize everything to their own needs. Their preset conditions don’t work for all cases. I hate when a company decides for you what you need. Not to mention I’m paying for the service. If I set something that is going to send too many alerts, simply restrict accounts to a certain number of alerts per hour. Or add a more expensive option for accounts that get a high number of alerts. It’s not complicated. Of course, I’ve contacted the developer with these concerns, but they can’t even be bothered to answer me. And as others have said. The free plan is basically worthless. You get 10 notifications to use FOREVER. And then the app is useless unless you pay. I think this is a poor business decision but it is what it is. I want to love this app. I’m happy to pay for the alerts if the app does what I need. But with the options so limited on certain alert types, I’m afraid I’ll have to find another app that isn’t so restricted.

This app delivers on its promises. But whether or not you will find value in spending on a subscription, will vary from one individual to another. As you can see from my 4/5 star rating, I mostly like it. It just falls short of realizing its potential when it comes to pricing. It is basically a good app though, and I would suggest trying it out.

I have tried a handful of cryptocurrency alerting apps, and this is by far the best one. The interface is easy to use, an you can Configure a variety of notifications, which work as expected. You can track almost every crypto token using this app… And there was one token which they didn’t have available yet, and I wrote to CUSTOMER SERVICE as feedback to recommend they include this additional token, and they wrote back within 48 hours and added the token! You don’t typically see customer service like that! Giving this app a well-deserved five stars.
