The app great idea thought every time I open it, it says error for auto pay. Which I don’t use anyways and anytime I try to pay through the app it doesn’t save my bank account information and also loading bar just spins and never loads after putting in the information. I only use the app to check and see when the bill gets charged and then I have to go to the website to pay.

Thank you for providing an essential need for the folks of Rutherford County. It’s sad that grumpy internet trolls have to vomit their feelings of their miserable lives onto a company that provides them clean water to maintain and survive their everyday lives and forget that you guys aren’t Apple application technicians and will have problems with this app from time to time. Keep being beautiful and providing me water for my kids to grow and to brew my sweet tea. Maybe throttle the value for the other ungratefuls.

It took 12 hours before I got my confirmation email to login. The app is very sensitive to typos (I had a space after my name and it kept coming up INVALID, once I backspaced the space, it proceeded.) Plus, there's a $1.75 processing fee....I'll pay the 50 cents for a stamp, thank you.
