This a crappy app it’s always had glitches from the start…I’ve only view it once in the beginning then I forget I had it. Then when I tried to access it to see my points I wasn’t able to. I visited the store and they have my current account points. I just thought to check to see if I’d get access to my account and the heart just pluses. They need to fix to update the and fix the bugs in it.
I DL this for a dispensary, this app is def not great, but it has potential…it’s easier and makes sense to just go online and order. I don’t have any rewards, or any functions that are offered even working, or showing my orders. a smoother link between the two would be a huge improvement.
I was sent a text from my local dispensary I use, downloaded this app, put in my mobile phone number, got a text from re:source with a PIN number and when I put the PIN in and click on the Continue button- absolutely nothing happens, it stays on the same PIN screen. I would his Cancel and tried numerous times, still cannot get past the PIN page. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it and the same exact thing happens 🤷🏼♀️ Anyone else encountering login issues like this?
