This is about the rewards app, not the store (even though the store is ultimately responsible for the app). I swear this app is from 2010. I downloaded the app, all of my information is there, EXCEPT for the reward points. I can’t even get to any of the stores because when they give me the option of selecting a medical or recreational the screen just stays frozen. This has happened with all versions of the app, including the latest one. Yeah when I go through the website, my points are shown there, and I can apply them to my order. What is the point of this app? Why do I need a separate app for a rewards program? Why is the process so complicated? I just wanna order my stuff And get my rewards in one place and I can’t do that
Been using the app for some time now. it’s functional for the most part, though I wish that clicking away from the shop tab saved where you were on the browser if you click away to say, the rewards tab. Which is the my main point where. I seriously can’t believe that they would structure their reward system the way they do, it’s insane and so greedy!! I’m literally sitting at 449 point right now, which i’ve gotten exclusively through purchases in store (in-person going to the actual store preordering through the app) and OF course I need 450 to get $25 off a purchase. It’s just so comically petty to do this, same with every place that pulls this kind of move. I literally laughed when I checked my points recently expecting the 450 only to see 449, it was just unbelievable to actually see that they’d do that
The app is great however a few issues I’ve noticed (iPhone 13 Pro): - login with gmail is not working and that is how I signed up - there are two carts in the app. The cart on the bottom ribbon is NOT your shopping cart. When you select that you just go in a perpetual loop trying to find your actual cart (which is only in one screen and in the upper right hand corner). It would be great if these 2 items were fixed. They’re kind of a big deal.
