Everything was working smoothly before the NID upload process. Now just getting the pop-up window for taking the selfie. After that not opening camera to capture a selfie using broadband internet. Later I tried using Operator Internet works smooth. Hope to get updates soon.

Does exactly what it says it does, with a very straight forward, simple, and smooth UI letting you create an account within minutes. But a feature that would help is to be able to upload photos for the NID for better quality scans, and the ability to receive the debit card at home. Also, a description of the accounts and their differences would make it easier to choose.

Great app! Able to open my account in less than five minutes. Just needed to follow few simple steps. Only needed my NID. Took a selfie, provided few info and account no was generated instantly. More importantly the account was instantly active and I could deposit money using bkash. Great job City Bank!!
