Um descaso com o dinheiro alheio
Venho a 6 meses tentando receber to banco will e pleno. Estou na Indonésia. Antes não podia acessar daqui mas a dois dias recebi um email que o app estará disponível para acessar daqui por 7 dias porém quando tento dar o passo de verificar a identidade para pedir o resgate recebo uma mensagem de instabilidade momentânea que nunca se resolve. E agora está pior pois nem consigo acessar o app. Recebo uma mensagem que está em manutenção. Por favor consertem isso pois 6 meses com dinheiro retino ninguém merece. Novamente um total descaso com o cliente.

O aplicativo agora está indisponível e não consigo fazer o pedido de resgate, um absurdo! Estão a meses analisando meu documento, já mandei e-mail e nada, ninguém entra em contato ou responde
