Populife: Smart Lock & Lockbox

We used for our Airbnb and it was working fine, until it stopped allowing custom codes to be created suddenly after a few months. It says that the lockbox isn’t connected to any gateway, but it is connected. We tried everything from disconnect/reconnect the gateway, uninstall/reinstall the app, and doing a full reset on the lockbox, but it refuses to work. Waste of time and money. We will be replacing it soon as support from this company is also lacking.

Lock gets 5 stars - nice look, long battery life. App works consistently. What I donʻt like is that I have to find app, click it, then wait for lock to come up, click lock, then click unlock or lock. Faster shortcut would be great. My daughter always beats me with manual unlock. As someone else mentioned app on my watch would be faster. Waiting for that as well.

Nice lock but crap app, cannot pair with the lock. Update: Finally paired, took some finessing, app works great now. Needs ability to create shortcuts and automations, this would definitely get the app 5 stars and a much better rating. Hoping for some updates. The lock setup is actually very nice and very aesthetically pleasing. Once paired with the app, the app is nice, though it needs some work, no dark mode, needs shortcuts, automations, widgets! For being an iPhone app, I expect much better quality!
