It allows me to use artificial intelligence and automation tools to help me respond to guest questions and messages, saving me a lot of time and energy and improving guest satisfaction. It gives me the flexibility to set my pricing and inventory strategies, optimizing my revenue based on market demand and competition. It also automatically adjusts prices to help me seize every booking opportunity. It allows me to create my own booking site, expand my source channels, and increase my brand awareness. It also supports direct booking and hourly booking to meet the needs of different guests. It allows me to effectively collaborate and communicate with my team members, assign and track tasks, and increase productivity. It also lets me see the earnings and reviews of each listing, helping me improve my service. It has a full-featured mobile app that allows me to manage my short-term rental business anytime, anywhere, no computer or webpage required. This has not only saved us time but has also reduced the risk of double bookings. -The all-in-one calendar is a lifesaver. It provides a clear view of all reservations, and the color-coding helps us stay organized. It's become our go-to tool for managing our daily operations. -Real-time reservations work like a charm. Our guests can book a room and receive a confirmation almost instantly. This feature has significantly improved our booking process. The unified inbox is brilliant. It brings together messages from different platforms into one place. It's made communication with guests much more efficient, and we never miss an inquiry. -The automated reviews feature encourages guests to leave feedback. While it's helped us gather more reviews, I wish there were more ways to customize the review requests.
