This game is the best game I have played in a while. I do remember two years ago, I was in my room with my friend. We had searched “Undertale” on the app store to see what would appear and this game did. We downloaded it and thought it was just an Omori/Undertale rip-off game for some reason. We laughed at it and I didn't think about it until recently. I re-downloaded the game and I am so glad I did! I love the characters and plot, I wish this game was a little more well-known. My only complaint is just how fast the tickets run out. It is not a big problem, but can be annoying when you're at a suspenseful moment in the game. I literally can't get over how cool this game was! I regret not playing it sooner. (apologies for my nickname, I made it when I was a kid and can't change it.)
Initially, I loved this game but ended up rating it only one star because, like the reviewer after me, I’d only been able to progress to a certain point. Like they said, it would take the tickets, but the choice I'd made would freeze and I wasn’t able to progress. I’m not sure what happened to change this, as I never deleted or reinstalled the app, anything like that. I simply tried a few more times... and somehow it just worked, and today I was able to play it through to its conclusion. Like 7 Days, this game is beautifully written and has a wonderful message at the end (well, I suppose that’s based on the ending you get). I got the kind-hearted one, after saving the kids with Luke by my side. I’d recommend this to anyone - hopefully it doesn’t glitch though like it did with me, and if it does, just keep trying several times to push past it before giving up. Five star game. Thank you for the journey. I’ll likely delete the app now after changing my review (since I’m horrible with the storage on my phone!) but I’ll download another story. Once I’ve finished the others, I’ll likely come back to this one to play for other endings! PS - to anyone complaining about the ticket system - is it really THAT bad? Just let the ads run while you’re reading a book or watching a show or something. That’s what I did, and I was able to play all the way through without having to buy any.
I don’t usually write reviews. But this, this sparked the artist and writer within me XD it’s absolutely incredible. I really felt myself getting into the story and I don’t think I’ll feel the same with any other game. I’m up to 6 endings so far, and I’m trying to get the last one without being mean any of the characters, but I don’t think that’s how I’ll get it lol. Nonetheless, I love it. Hayden, Joan, River, Boss, all of their designs are amazing. At first I didn’t understand why we had so many choices about boss but I found that boss really cared about Eugene, and that’s what got me. I don’t know if the storyline is supposed to be this deep but I still really like it. I love getting the titles! I’m trying to get all of them and put the best one. I currently have the “ kind-hearted “ one. I really like this game and have recommended it to a few people, regardless of the ticket thing. The story imo is worth watching all those ads. This is very long but yep, 5 stars.
