Royal customer
I love Royal bank, I’ve been with Royal for 35yrs. The only issue is the long wait to get a replacement debit card. Other banks are able to print them up within minutes as you wait. Thanks Royal!

Check deposit
The updated process of depositing a check through the app is much more cumbersome than the previous version. I have to tap the check a few times before it captures the photo. It is not user friendly like the previous version that would automatically capture the photo of your check.
