Downloaded app, when opened it immediately asks me for login info. But never able to create an account, etc, so it tells me invalid when I enter anything....think it’s a great app if I could access it 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

I’d give it ZERO stars if I could. Uploaded multiple videos to be analyzed and none were completed. Contact customer service and they tell me that tech couldn’t duplicate the problem and try again. For 3 months it was stuck on analyzing a swing and finally customer service told me I had to delete the app and reinstall it to reset the app bc it was stuck trying to analyze the video. Customer service is subpar, slow to respond, and couldn’t solve the issues I had with the app. I tried to cancel and requested a refund but they told me no even though the app never once did what it was supposed to do. Do not download this app.

In order to log in you’ve got to go to the website in your browser and then it will let you create an account. After set up you will be able to log in to the app.
