Giving 2 stars becuase I still use frequently, but since the latest update, I can no longer use my paid version for the fast scanning. I get RAM limit notifications within the first 1 or 2 scans. I can use the unpaid slow scans, but I still get RAM limit after awhile, which the work around is to stop broadcasting then restart the screen share. App works as intended to help with PvPiv calculations, just wish I could use it to it’s full capabilities again.
I’ve been a user since beta and this app does it’s job. For the most part IV is pretty accurate and only sometimes I need to appraise to get it 100% accurate. Also I paid for the faster scans but it’s not as fast as I hoped it would be because you have to wait for the notification to clear or you manually have to swipe up to clear the notification. The only problem I have been having is the keyboard settings. I want the keyboard to spell the name fully with the IV raised like this Luxray⁹⁸ but sometimes it would put Lux98. This is a bit irritating because you would expect a paid feature to be working flawlessly. Besides that I think the scan feature works better and more accurate than Poke Genie.
The app itself is designed to work with no complicated steps. This app is not suppose to give you the exact iv for wild Pokémon only a possible range found by doing math. For those looking to save balls it can really help when you see the possible iv doesn’t even cap at 70%. If your screen is small you will have to push the notifications out of the way to run from a wild Pokémon. It can’t be helped blame ios. lol As of this review there is currently a bug when the app scans wild Pokémon. Currently only after giving the proper level and IV range, it’s possible for it to give a false range. If you don’t watch the notifications when you first look at the Pokémon it’s possible you’d miss the correct range. As such I can only give 3/5 stars in good faith this will be fixed.
