Photo Vault-Hide Secret Photos

I got this App because of its iCloud sync feature. I did Enabled iCloud sync on both, iPad and iPhone version 16. Waiting for three days and not sync has happened. Also no slideshow to see photos. If you could fix this issue will be basic but good !

This app is awful. No easy way to import photo

1. The app opens to a screen if widely spaced digits. Digits 1-3 are not really accessible. The are above the top of the screen. They can be pulled down, but pop right back up out of sight when I take my fingers off the screen 2. No indication as how to enter the app. I cannot find anything other than initial digit screen. What gives. 3. Nothing to indicate how to enter or use the app. 4. When I click on the support tab it takes me to a Wordpress app. No support fields on the screen.
