Club Royal Plus

Cannot login after several attempts and still cannot get logged in. Also the feedback tried to take me into the app to submit it, which I cannot access. Very frustrating as I cannot finish my training without access to the app.

For 3 hours I’ve been trying to set up my genie to enhance the selling experience of your cruises! It tells me I don’t have a club royal account and must create one first. Go to club royal signs me straight in with face recognition to club royal plus. All details match on both club royal plus and my standard royal app. But yet still says I don’t have a club royal account when trying to get Genie! Can’t get a standard my club royal account or I may have one but can’t log in as when I try to set one up or see if I have one it reads my face with face recognition and sends me straight to My Club Royal Plus! I’m trying to sell more of your cruises for you a with the help of genie and cannot get it. It’s driving me crazy. This needs sorting for the agents selling your product.

Never had so many issues trying to log in, set password up and just will not log me in at all despite many attempts to change password, absolute waste of time!!! I’d rather not have the rewards for booking RCI to be honest!!
