I’ve been trying to check in for two days — the app crashes constantly and the website doesn’t work. When I called customer service, the representative admitted they were having system issues but told me there was nothing he could do and then rudely hung up on me. I have the call recorded and will be using it if I need to dispute the charge with my credit card. Fly at your own risk.

Customer service chatbot was informative, this app needs bugs fixed asap. Won’t let me get boarding passes, doesn’t recognize my info, loads for a long time. I wish there was a load time of a minute, and if there are complications i wish there was a message to tell me exactly what the issue is instead of these vague error messages with no context. Not sure what developers had in mind with this imitation of an app

Doesn’t recognize my name (even in all Caps), can’t retrieve my booking, keeps giving error messages, when I finally get through all the “glitches” after an hour of trying there’s no boarding pass to display. Nothing. Just a blank screen. And SunExpress has the audacity to charge €5 to check in at the airport. Get your app working before charging people!
