Smart TV Remote App.

One of the functions, the down button, malfunctioned and stop working on my fire stick remote. When I saw that I could download this app and control the fire TV, I immediately down loaded it and, foolishly, signed up for the lifetime subscription. I should’ve tried the app out first to see if it worked. I had no inkling it would not connect or work. But it didn’t. Buyer beware. Make sure it works before you sign up for any subscription.

Sorry to say but I hate this app, my remote is lost and I can’t find it so I thought to download an app well let me tell you about this app, it has adds every 2 times you click a button and it doesn’t even work. I pointed it at my tv and everything, still nothing. It also ask’s if you want to pay for some type of unlimited buttons every five seconds….. like NO I don’t want to pay for something so stupid every month or so!

Should be an option to connect to fire stick without using the actual remote. In my case my remote is not working properly, therefore requiring remote app. However, I still need use of the actual fire stick remote. Sign- Frustrated.
