Can you do an update to allow notifications for when something is added to the calendar? My team is struggling to stay on top of it because we don’t have all day just to sit around and keep updating to schedule to see if something new is there

If you open up your Gmail app, or your Facebook messenger app, all of your messages and emails are there and then the app will sync if some have been deleted or added from your main computer. However, with this app, when I’m connected to high-speed Internet, 50% of the time nothing is there when I open it. And the existing work orders only show up quickly about 50% of the time. Fix this app!! It’s just a database, not a graphic game. Really makes me wonder what kind of programmers you have over there.

The app doesn’t have an intuitive user interface, but is was better than using Sonar’s website accessed from a phone, which is absolutely terrible. A recent app software update made the app unusable on my iphone. The app now crashes immediately upon opening. I reached out to customer support, they are aware of the issue with the software update, have no estimated time of resolution, and a month later I still cannot use the app. This app is how my employer chooses to schedule me and provide job information. It is now useless for any employees that do not have recent generation smart phones.
