All I have to say is wow!!! So yesterday was Day 3 of sleep training my 11 month old. The the first two nights were a bit of a struggle. My daughter would sleep a good chunk of time but when she would wake up she would stand in her crib wanting to be carried. Fast forward to last night: So I put her down around 8:30pm and I opened up the drift-wellness-sleep app and I am so happy to say that she slept till 5:30am without any problem. I never got out of bed to pick her up the whole night (Mom win). She would squirm but then fall right back asleep. At one point I saw her sit up, look around and after a minute or two she laid right back down and went back to bed. The sound of the rain really soothed her. And surprisingly me too. Here I am sleep training my daughter and looking for tools to help her relax and I ended up feeling the most relaxed. This app is a game changer!!!!

I am in love with the updates on this app! Particularly the commitment to simplicity, minimalism and smart technology while delivery premium features. I’ve enjoyed playing around with the new features. Last week, I had an exhausting day after very little sleep the night before and the pulse function that provides personalized calming music helped get me through all the work I had to do. I love the idea of music and wellness tailored for my current pulse. Big ups to the Drift App team!!

I am so pleased for this to be my first review on Apple app. I’ve used CALM and other wellness apps in between. And this by far has to be the best yet. I love how I can easily navigate through the different sounds and sceneries. I love how you can leave the app and it’s still plays in the background. I can use this to put my son to sleep while doing what I have to do on my phone. This app is simply brilliant. Especially in the tense climate we find ourselves in, this app is a great tool to release the negative energy and overall a great tool for wellness.
