TV Cast for Chromecast !

The ability to actually use the app for its purpose (screen casting) is hidden behind a subscription paywall because of course it is. Useless app unless you give them your money. How disappointing and sad that you have to hide the paywall after the fact in order to get downloads for your app. Oh, and apparently they’re scamming people by having you go for their 3-day free trial and charging you immediately for that. And then the email they have for support is bogus, so they’ll give you an email for support in response to bad reviews, and never resolve issues. What a total scam.

I selected the free trial and the app charged me for a full year. Once I realized it doesn’t work I went to cancel the free trial when I realized it had charged me. Tried to contact support and guess what their contact support email option doesn’t work, didn’t let me send my email. Total scam. —-Update contacted them through email that developer said to contact them. They have not acknowledge that they’re trial button charged me full price which I never intended to purchase, they just ask if I cancelled the subscription which I did and all that does is cancel your renewal not refund the money that they technically stole.

I subscribed for the 3 day free trial. Worked fine. I rarely ever cast so I didn’t need it for long. I decided to pay the 4.99 one month subscription after the free trial ended. I checked and it charged my account 5 bucks but when I went on the app it said I hadn’t purchased a subscription yet. I tried to click out and it wasn’t letting me. It didn’t even give me options for which subscription plan I wanted, the transaction went through and ended up paying for the one month AND yearly. Literally took 35 dollars out of my account for something I DID NOT CHOOSE. Scammers and terrible app set up. I’d rate ZERO if I could. Do NOT DOWNLOAD.
