I love the bill pay and ability to even send money to my sons and family and schools/universities in a snap. My only frustration is password changes required and when required… they don’t let me use the past 3 passwords). While they might be suggesting that this is helping security, it also tells me that they have 3 passwords of mine saved… I would hate someone to get their hands on all three!!! It could tell a bigger story about me and cost me a bit.

I have relocated relocated to Nashville and was under the impression that i would have an difficult time with my banking being in Iowa but this team was so great on communication and was able to make adjustment to resolve my issue! EXCELLENT service .

The app has very modern features and is easy to navigate! The chat feature is a great tool and very helpful customer service!
