I paid $150.00 to use this app. The subscription was supposed to last 6 months. It hasn’t even been a full month yet, and the app says that it doesn’t recognize my email and password etc., when I’ve been studying on this app and others for 2 weeks straight. Now I can’t get refunded and they aren’t providing any sort of refund at ALL, and I sent them an email- no reply for nearly a week. They sent me a passcode to reset my account and it didn’t work. Now I don’t have any way of getting in and this is my last resort to get my money back. This app is a waste of time.
