There are multiple questions where the right answer is completely wrong. Like the trachea deviation with a pneumothorax. The trachea will shift to the opposite side (less pressure), but the answer on this app was that it shifts to the affected side. This is incorrect. Also when walking up stairs with crutches, the correct answer is wrong even though the rationale is right. It is a nice practice, but it makes me worried how many questions are even teaching the correct information.
