Haunted Hotel: Lost Time

So I just started this game yesterday and still playing it today and I came into a problem while I was playing something popped up and it had a unlock button but I hit the x button and hit continue so I can keep playing the game but it kept doing to same thing. Are people supposed to pay to keep playing the game? Or is it an error? Please let me know asap!

I should have heeded the reviews on this one, usually a big fan of their games, never had an issue before. I had the same Rogers locker issue that apparently a number of people have been having. Ok, deep breath. I’ll play through again and hopefully will get past it the second time. But I couldn’t even get there. This time, I got to the Study, tried to put the blind pull on the blinds, and absolutely couldn’t. It was the only move I could make to go forward, it’s what the hint kept telling me to do, but it wouldn’t work. I’m not willing to play through a 3rd time to try to get past the issues.

Update: restarted when through fine... great game! Didn’t get through the trial key puzzle wouldn’t work, but bought it anyway my mistake.... can’t get the ring with the tongs... no way to move forward....🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
