This app is promising. I like how it sets up daily practices you can choose to do for points. I think it will be motivating. But a few things I’m already frustrated with. 1) If you accidentally add incorrect information, for example, too many meditation minutes, there is no way to correct. 2) there is no free trial nor a monthly subscription option. I’m simply not willing to put out money for a yearly subscription without any way to try out premium. Give me a free trial or at least give me the option to buy just a month. 3) They appear to have been promising improvements to the nutrition section for a very long time, particularly the ability to add type of food. Is that still coming, and if so, when? 4). There’s nowhere it breaks down how you earned your points or how many points you can earn for different levels of completion. For example, how many points did I earn for 10 min of meditation? Would I earn more if I did 15 minutes? No idea. There’s no way I would pay for a premium subscription with the current state of the app. But with some improvements, probably.

I love this app but I feel penalized because I don't participate in intermittent fasting. The latest research shows that there is no advantage to time-limited eating over simple calorie restriction so I don't see why I should be penalized in my score for this. (Even worse, the only kind of fasting that gives credit is a 14 hour daily fast. Why?) What would really be appreciated would be an option to record some kind of calorie restriction as an alternative to fasting (I do read that some kind of dietary data other than fasting will be incorporated.) Also, an Apple Watch complication would be a no-brainer. (Additional: Something seems very off. My average H score is 89 and it says my aging is reversing and it's been that way for six weeks but my biological age never budges. That seems like a contradiction?)

This app is still new and growing, but it incentivizes me to establish better habits, so it’s working. The developers are also pretty open to feedback. I’m happy to pay for the premium version to support the development of more features, but I also understand wanting to wait. As it stands, this app encourages me to meditate more, pay attention to my meals vs. snacks, and get adequate exercise so I can get that 80+ score. And I love the little animation that tells me my “aging”— I don’t put too much weight in this as a real metric but it’s a fun part of the app and the animation is gorgeous. It took 2-3 weeks for my rate of aging to catch up to the scores I was feeding it, but I’m now about two months in it’s working so well and updating pretty much daily. Overall I’m happy to have stumbled upon this app. If you get pleasure from the gamification of healthy habits, this is for you.
