KDK Ceiling Fan

This app came from dinosaur age. I used this app yesterday and it still logged me out when I use it today! Why do you need to log someone out even though someone still uses the app in the last 24 hours?! The app connection to the aircond is so bad it took me 30 minutes to do it right. Every step must be followed like a science experiment… same frustration with the Panasonic Airconditioner app..

Long and tedious process to connect smartphone to ceiling fan. App is slow to load, open and use. Ceiling fan needs an account to be able to operate remotely. Many software bugs which make it difficult and troublesome for end user to use. Sometimes, my account will be automatically logged out and I have to log in manually again to be able to control the fan. At times it says my fan is offline, when it is clearly turned on. Overall a very bad experience. Please hire more software developers to work on this App. Imagine my frustration with the app to devote 5-10mins of my time to write a bad review. What a waste of time and yet I am doing it. Please fix, not acceptable, thanks.

Quite difficult to setup. Unlike other smart appliances where setting is simple 1-2 steps. This takes a lot of steps to complete connection to fan. Next, it needs to be able to integrate with other smart home hub or assistance to ease usage. Otherwise it is just a fan with wifi remote control. Every control still need to go through KDK app. No automation possible except scheduling which is not most useful feature. It will be great if the app can be integrated with HomeKit or Google Assistance so that automation can be triggered with scene or voice control.
