Worst app, zero concept, lagging, no updates
This is one of the worst apps I’ve seen in a smart home so far. There are no updates, no one thought about ease of functionality, the app lags even on 5G with the latest high end phone. For a company like Panasonic and a fan that comes at a premium price tag, this app is an embarrassment!

Worse “dumbhome”app ever
Ever a while will ask to login whenever I need the app to control the fan, this is stupid, and the most idiot is the app couldn’t found my email to login anymore, I try use Apple ID login then force me to Panasonic ID which couldn’t found my registered email! Stupid!

Unable to connect the fan to the app
Bought the fan because it claimed to have Wi-Fi function. However trying to connect the fan to the Wi-Fi was a disaster despite following the manual & tried countless times. The connection just keep on failing. Please improve the function, otherwise it makes no difference compared to other brand, but more of a pricey piece of ceiling fan.
