I am not sure why, but the tags go offline quite often and you have to re-sync them to the app. I recently misplaced my wallet and luckily my husband found it, as the tag was offline again! The tags are bulky, so, you won’t be able to attach to a phone or case (the sticky tape included, does not hold the tags on). Overall pretty disappointed and will be buying another type of tag to find my stuff when I misplace it.
Lost my keys once and this came in clutch, location finding and alarm worked, however recently it keeps giving me a server not found message when I try to connect to my keychain through the app. Not worth it
I was able to set this up within 5 minutes. Like the directions say, pair it from the app, not your phones Bluetooth list. I think that’s why it wasn’t working for others who wrote reviews. I’ve set mine up, tested it, tried it and it works fine.
