We bought this to help keep track of our dog because he likes to run. We installed on one phone but not able to pair it with my phone. And it looks like someone had already opened the package. This could have been a defective or used model. We are returning it and will purchase another and hope it works. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS. The video was no help.
I was hoping to use this to keep track of my indoor/outdoor cat but it’s terrible at giving an accurate location. It also takes somewhere between 5 minutes to 8 hours to update its location! I don’t know what it’s pinging off of to give the signal, but it’s not really THAT reliable at all. Would not recommend👎🏻
How can I share tags info with family member? So they can open the app and see locations themselves. I found once I pair with the tag, the phones won't be able to.
