Filled with bugs and counter intuitive
Not great. The app is over simplified to the point that it’s dysfunctional for anything other than depositing a check and checking your account balance. The messaging feature to ask for help is confusing. I couldn’t figure out how to add an external account for the life of me. Also was unable to add my account info to my accounting software. I even called tech support and left a message and they never got back to me. Even trying to submit feedback inside the app, I had to delete all my periods and apostrophes because apparently they’re “special characters”. Ridiculous.

I’ve been w CCBank for so many years and each time they make an “improvement” to their site or app I’m baffled as to why they just can’t do it right once and for all.
