PÉSIMO TODO
Pésimo servicio en general. Carísimo y sin beneficios. Pésima atención al cliente si es que con suerte te atiende alguien después de llamar durante días y días. El servicio técnico directamente no existe, que no se te ocurra cambiar la antena de lugar por reformas porque no tenes nunca más deco. Olvidate de pedir cambio de deco, yo lo pedí porque después de 10 años me andaba lento y JAMÁS lo enviaron. Te atienden venezolanos que no tienen idea de lo que les estás hablando. No cuidan a los clientes de años. PÉSIMO ABSOLUTAMEMTE TODO
