There is no scheduling and routing based on schedule and no escalation (repeat message or buzzing). One can’t be without the other and therefore this system is flawed. In my hospital I get stray messages “patient having x issue” and I am not even on call. Dangerous! Also there is a glitch in the app. When you try to scroll down to look at read messages, new messages keep coming up and i have to keep scrolling unlike normal chat in WhatsApp or others. Fix this problem please. **Also this app is not hipaa compliant as there is no in app authentication prior to reading messages. People can read all messages if they have access into your device which is a huge security risk. **

Not certain as to what “AMSConnect default” or “System default” notification settings are, but even with the app’s notifications permitted in my focus settings and the critical notification checked, the best “notification” I can get with an urgent message is a light vibration on my watch. I tried setting specific sounds per notification type as well.

This is my second review. My first one was yesterday and apparently deleted by the owners of this app. That is very unprofessional. I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids. With the alerts they offer I CAN NOT HEAR it when I am sleeping. Is it to much to ask for a low frequency alert/alarm? All they offer is high frequency alerts. I am a nurse in a cardiac cath lab. I have a 30 minute response time to get to the hospital. I work in a cardiac cath lab. If someone is having a heart attack every second counts. I have complained to my supervisor and the hospital I work for has done nothing about it. This is discrimination against the hearing impaired. How hard would it be to upload more low frequency alerts so can hear this?
