Iโm a 40 year old out of shape nearly 300lbs man and this thing carries me around town like Iโm a kid again. I went up a hill steeper than the roof of my house to get back to where I started from and it went right up the hill no problem. Iโm amazed and looking forward to riding the next time! #exerciseanybodycando
Edit:issue with payment was resolved same day. Honesty the app isnโt that bad. Iโll be happy to use the bikes again. It was so fun I felt like a little kid lol Creating an account adding card all were really quick process that took maybe 60 seconds (linking Apple wallet would have been nice as I did not have my card with me and had to use a digital card). Unfortunately upon returning bike the system would not allow me to end my ride. Even though the bike chirped when I locked it back up the app could not register the bike. I turned blue tooth off an on a million times. Kind of annoying because now I have a $40 charge + who knows how much incurring. Iโm sure it will be resolved but not the best impression on my first ride.
App is borderline fully unusable, saying error and not loading at any point, charging for a trip that hasnโt loaded, needs SERIOUS fixing - also no phone support when sitting there being charged
