I love the idea of Gest and when it works, it’s awesome. My issue is that 95% of the time I call a Gest cart, a driver never picks up. And yes, I’m only using the app during business hours. (Do the drivers even use the app?) Further, the app freezes on me half the time. I’ve had better luck flagging down a cart on the street. The drivers are really nice - I wish there was a way to tip via credit card.

If you live or work in downtown Cincinnati, this app is better than Uber or Lyft! It’s 100% free so it’s a great service to quickly bar hop or get to a restaurant on the other side of town quickly. Just remember to tip your driver!

This transportation service is so fun and super easy! The drivers that I have had are all really friendly and I feel safe with them! It’s a no brainer if you are deciding between Gest, Uber or Lyft! 5 stars!!!!!
