The main reason why I like this app better than deal machine is the skip tracing accuracy is just better. Idk how else to put it after doing countless number of tests. Also has everything I need. Track my driving routes, skip trace from the app, see property info while I’m on appointments, etc. Will update this review in 6 months 🏡

So I signed up for the 7 day free trial, and seconds after signing up for the free trial it took my money anyways. I looked around the app and couldn’t find anything to help filter it out the way I was shown on video. This app is horrible! Trying to get in contact with Customer Support or even close my account forever but it won’t let me. There is no account button there is no option to unsubscribe. And there’s no free trial because you get charged anyways and customer support is just horrible. Do not get this app if you are not on a laptop, not a good experience!!!! And it could be the same way for the laptop I don’t know I haven’t experienced that and I honestly don’t plan on it! I tried searching local houses and vacant properties only showed $1.3-$800K houses. This app is a BOOOOOO TOMATO TOMATO TOMATO 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅

This app is terrible. It does a lot of cool stuff that is super convenient on the go. But it doesn’t do anything well. I have newest iPhone and still have issues with this app. It shuts down. The texts or other data sometimes just erase themselves. When you try to categorize the tags they just don’t work and don’t transfer over to your computer work station 90% of the time. Basic iPhone keyboard functions such as double tapping the space bar for a period doesn’t work. Often times your cursor will just move to another part of the sentence and you will continue typing if you don’t notice which ruins your text. It’s a small text box that doesn’t expand as a normal text box as your typing so you can only see 3-5 words at one time. You really can’t check your spelling and grammar before sending a text. EVERY function is glitchy in some way. I’m not going to go on for days. But when you pay this sort of money for a platform and this is what is provided, I highly recommend to RUN!!! Run away as fast as you can and get another rei texting platform. There’s plenty out there. I think this is the worst one I’ve come across and I’m upset at myself for how long I used it because I didn’t know better.
